About Dita Acupuncture

My name is Dita, an acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner. I obtained my degree from Shenzhou Open University.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is a structured system that views the body as an interconnected whole while remaining practical and adaptable to modern life. Acupuncture works on a physical level by stimulating specific points that influence muscles, fascia, connective tissue, lymphatic movement, and nervous system regulation, helping reduce tension, stagnation, and discomfort.

My work focuses on providing precise, grounded treatments for people experiencing:

  • painful or irregular menstruation

  • stomach issues

  • muscle recovery after intensive exercise

  • headaches and stress-related pain

  • muscle tension and ongoing aches

  • low energy or physical fatigue

  • nervous system overload or difficulty relaxing

  • facial acupuncture

By working with both the body’s tissues and the nervous system, acupuncture supports comfort, regulation, and overall function.
